~ORDERING SAMPLES~

We offer both digital and physical samples of all our wedding stationery. Digital samples are free and physical samples are priced as marked in each listing.

Color changes are available for most of our designs. We'd be happy to send you a digital or physical sample in your wedding colors. Please provide us with a digital color swatch or chose from our color chart here: http://www.dearemmastationery.com/color_chart.html

~A NOTE ABOUT COLOR VARIATION~ Color settings on monitors can vary so we encourage you to purchase a sample to see in person. If you chose to forgo seeing a physical sample before placing an order, we are not responsible for color variation between what is printed and what is on screen. Our color palate is available online and in person (for $5 each + $2.50 shipping). This is a great way to compare what is on screen to what is printed.

Shipping for samples is FREE and will be mailed within 1-3 business days via USPS First Class Mail.

~PLACING AN ORDER~

1. The easiest way for us to gather all of your pertinent information is for you to fill out this simple form http://www.dearemmastationery.com/forms/contact.html
2. We then contact you within 1-2 business days (usually sooner) with a price quote.
3. Upon approval of the quote, we set up a custom listing for you in our shop for a $100 deposit (or less for smaller orders). This is applied to your final total.
4. Within 1-4 business days, we send you a digital proof of your personalized wedding stationery.
5. We allow 3 minor changes to this original proof including font changes, color changes and personalization of your text. PLEASE check for spelling, grammar and punctuation BEFORE submitting the text in the form.*
6. Once you are 100% happy with the final proofs, we set up a listing for the remainder of the balance plus shipping.
7. Upon final payment, we print and ship your stationery!

*While we do our best to double check all of our work, we are not responsible for incorrect spelling, grammar or punctuation after the final proof has been approved.

~TIMING ON ORDERS~

This is our full-time job and we work hard to get orders out in a timely fashion.

As of WINTER/SPRING 2011 timing is a follows:

Save the Date/Invitation Orders up to 50 sets – 7 business days
Save the Date/Invitation Orders of 50-75 sets – 10-14 business days
Save the Date/Invitation Orders of 75-150 sets – 2 to 3 weeks (contact us for rough timing on invite orders over 150)
Small Reception Orders of 1-2 products – 2-7 days
Medium Reception Orders of 3-5 products – 5-10 days
Large Reception Orders – 10-14 days

~RUSH ORDERS~

If our schedule allows, we'd be happy to expedite the printing and shipping process for you. There may be a small fee depending on how quickly you need your items and the size of your order.

~OUR PRODUCTS~

We offer every wedding stationery product under the sun! From engagement announcements through Thank You cards, we can make a matching set or “suite” in any design. For example, if you find a design you like but don't see table numbers or thank you cards to match, no worries, we'd be happy to complete one of our current designs in your stationery of choice. There is NO DESIGN FEE for this service.

~MATERIALS WE USE~

Almost all of our stationery is printed on our color laser printer. The text and graphics are crisp and the colors will not bleed or run if the items get damp.

- PAPER- Our standard cardstock of choice is 100# linen-textured in white or ivory. We also offer specialty papers like felt-finish, lux-finish and velum.

Let us know if you have a preference or special request.

We are happy to ship our products worldwide!

Samples are shipped USPS First Class Mail
All other stationery products are shipped USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days for US, timing for international shipping varies by country)

We insure all packages over $100 in value. Insurance is included in the shipping price we quote you.
